How scoring works ▶
4sight calculates your Wellness Score using the exact same algorithm that runs in the app. Each of four pillars contributes 25% to your composite score.
Move (25%)
Calories burned (80% weight) + best of steps or active minutes (20%). Scores follow a goal-achievement curve — hitting 100% of your goal earns 85 points, with diminishing returns up to 150%.
Rest (25%)
Duration (60%) + sleep quality via efficiency/deep/REM (15%) + bedtime consistency (5%) + recovery activities (20%). Duration scores linearly to your goal.
Fuel (25%)
Calorie adherence (80%) with asymmetric penalties — over-eating is penalized more than under-eating. Best macro (10%) + best health guardrail (10%) round it out.
Rise (25%)
Mood or journal (30%) + mindfulness (30%) + pillar harmony (20%) + impulse control from nutrition (20%). Either mood or journal earns full credit for the combined gate. Mindfulness is always required — 20 min = full score, linear below.
Harmony Bonus
A balanced lifestyle earns up to +5 bonus points. If all pillars score similarly, harmony is high. If one pillar lags far behind, you lose up to 5 points.
