4sight is built to be a health data aggregation platform, bringing together information from the devices and apps you already use. With 17 active integrations spanning wearables, nutrition trackers, fitness platforms, smart scales, and wellness apps, 4sight creates a unified health timeline that no single app can provide on its own.
Here is a complete breakdown of every supported data source, organized by category.
Wearables
Wearable devices provide the continuous, passive health data that forms the backbone of your Move and Rest pillars.
Fitbit (Direct OAuth)
Fitbit connects to 4sight through a direct OAuth integration, meaning you authorize 4sight to access your Fitbit account and data syncs automatically. This is a Premium feature. Fitbit provides steps, active minutes, heart rate, sleep stages, calories burned, distance, floors climbed, SpO2, and weight data from Fitbit scales (including the Aria line).
Apple Watch (HealthKit)
Apple Watch integrates through Apple HealthKit on iOS. 4sight reads 17+ data types including activity rings, workouts, heart rate, HRV (SDNN), resting heart rate, sleep stages, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, and mindful minutes. Automatic deduplication via HKSample.uuid ensures clean data even when multiple apps write to HealthKit.
Garmin (Health Connect)
Garmin devices sync to 4sight through Android Health Connect. Garmin watches write activity, sleep, heart rate, stress, body battery, and workout data to Health Connect, which 4sight then reads. This covers the full range of Garmin wearables including the Venu, Forerunner, Fenix, and Vivoactive lines.
Whoop (Health Connect)
Whoop data flows into 4sight via Health Connect on Android. Whoop provides recovery scores, strain data, sleep performance, HRV, resting heart rate, and respiratory rate. Whoop's focus on recovery and strain makes it especially valuable for the Rest pillar in 4sight.
Oura Ring (Health Connect)
Oura Ring syncs to 4sight through Health Connect. Oura provides sleep duration, sleep stages, readiness scores, activity data, resting heart rate, HRV, body temperature deviation, and blood oxygen. Oura's sleep and readiness tracking is among the most detailed available from any consumer wearable.
RingConn (CSV Import)
RingConn data is imported into 4sight via CSV export. RingConn provides sleep data, heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, and stress metrics. The CSV import is a Premium feature that auto-detects the RingConn export format.
Smart Scales
Smart scales provide body composition data that feeds into the Move pillar, tracking weight trends and body metrics over time.
- Renpho — CSV import of weight, body fat percentage, BMI, muscle mass, bone mass, water percentage, and more
- Yunmai — CSV import with similar body composition metrics
- Fitbit Aria — CSV import of weight and body fat data (also available via Fitbit OAuth sync for Premium users)
All smart scale CSV imports are Premium features. 4sight auto-detects the file format from each manufacturer and maps the data to the appropriate metrics in your health timeline.
Nutrition
Nutrition integrations feed the Fuel pillar, providing the calorie, macronutrient, and meal data that 4sight uses to correlate your diet with your sleep, activity, and mood.
LoseIt (CSV + API)
LoseIt has two integration methods. The CSV import lets you upload your complete LoseIt history, including meals, calories, macros, and individual food items. The API sync provides real-time data transfer so new meals appear in 4sight automatically. Both are Premium features.
MyFitnessPal (Health Connect)
MyFitnessPal syncs nutrition data to 4sight through Health Connect on Android. This includes calorie intake, macronutrient breakdowns, and meal logging data that MyFitnessPal writes to Health Connect.
Open Food Facts (400M+ Foods)
Open Food Facts is an open-source food database with over 400 million products from around the world. 4sight integrates directly with this database for food search and barcode scanning. When you scan a food item's barcode or search by name, 4sight pulls the nutritional data (calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sodium, sugar, and more) directly into your Fuel log. This is available to all users.
Fitness
Fitness integrations supplement your wearable data with detailed workout information.
- Strava — Syncs workout data including runs, rides, swims, and other activities with duration, distance, pace, elevation, and heart rate data. Premium feature.
- Google Fit — Syncs through Health Connect on Android, providing activity data, workouts, and step counts. Particularly useful if Google Fit is your primary activity tracker.
Wellness
Wellness app integrations feed the Rise pillar with mindfulness and meditation data.
- Headspace — Syncs mindfulness session data to 4sight via Health Connect, including session duration and frequency
- Calm — Syncs meditation and sleep story data via Health Connect
Both Headspace and Calm write mindful minutes to Health Connect, which 4sight reads and incorporates into your Rise pillar scoring and cross-pillar analysis.
Health Connect: 37+ Data Types
On Android, Health Connect serves as a central hub that many of the above integrations write to. Health Connect itself supports 37+ data types spanning activity, body measurements, cycle tracking, nutrition, sleep, and vitals. Any app that writes to Health Connect is effectively a potential data source for 4sight, even if it is not listed as a named integration.
This means that as new Health Connect-compatible apps and devices emerge, they can feed data into 4sight without requiring a custom integration.
Blood Work and Lab Results
Beyond device and app integrations, 4sight also supports CSV import of blood work and lab results. Premium subscribers can download a template from the Integrations page and enter values for metrics including glucose, cholesterol (total, HDL, LDL, triglycerides), liver function (ALT, AST), kidney function (creatinine, BUN), vitamins (D, B12, folate), hormones (testosterone, cortisol, thyroid), and more. This data is processed into your health timeline and available for trend analysis and AI queries.
Manual Logging
In addition to all automated integrations, 4sight supports manual logging for every metric across all four pillars. You can manually record meals, water intake, sleep times, workouts, mood scores, journal entries, medications, supplements, and more directly in the app. This ensures that you can always fill in gaps that your devices and apps do not cover.
