Yes! Premium includes a 14-day free trial for annual plans and a 7-day free trial for monthly plans. You'll have full access to all features during the trial period.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. If you downgrade, your new plan takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade to Free, you'll retain full access to your data history. Premium features like web dashboards and AI insights will become unavailable until you upgrade again.
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. Annual plans can be refunded prorated within the first 60 days.
